Online wine club management has never been easier. Managed entirely through your web browser, our software allows you to set different club levels and shipment frequencies based on the interests of your customers. We will import your existing memberships at the outset. Now in its third generation, our wine club management tool sets the standard for features, capabilities and integration.

User Interface

The eWinery Solutions Club Management package allows new users to join your wine club online and gain instant access to all club member benefits. All members are assigned a unique user ID and password which enables them to login to your system and receive all appropriate club discounts. While logged in they will also be able to:  

  • Edit Profile: This includes changes to billing information, email address, username and password as well as any updates to their preferences.
  • Update Credit Card: This is especially useful in advance of club shipments. Using our List Builder, you can identify and contact any members with expired cards prior to processing your wine club batch.
  • Edit Memberships: This includes purchasing a gift membership, signing up for an additional club, changing the frequency of an existing club membership,
  • View Order History: Members can login to view a complete list of previous orders along with tracking and delivery information.  

Member Benefits


Set different teasers for members and non-members.  For example, if your volume discounts are different for members than they are for non-members, you can display the appropriate information based on whether or not a customer is logged in as a member.

Contact Management

Manage all of your contacts easily online by creating an unlimited number of different member types in your admin panel. This allows you to market to each group individually, as promotional offers and email blasts can be designated for use by specific member types. Would you like to offer a more substantial discount to your elite club members vs. your standard club members? No problem. You may also want to ask specific consumer interest questions of your club members and send emails based on those responses.

Our admin panel allows you to view and/or edit the following club member data: a) birth date, name, address, email, username, and password, b) credit card name, number, and expiration date, c) member types, d) club memberships and most recent ship dates, e) preferences, f) order history and tracking information, g) stats such as date added and last date modified.

The List Builder then allows you to create mailing lists based on specific member information and market appropriately. The lists that you create and save are automatically updated to include new customers that meet the criteria you have established.
For example, you may decide to send a special offer or gift to members on their five year anniversary as part of a continuity program. You may also want to email members residing in certain parts of the country to notify them of potential weather holds. The possibilities are endless and your customers will feel a degree of personalization that they rarely experience with other merchants.


Order Processing

Wine clubs can be easily processed online. Begin by choosing a target ship date and your preferred shipping method. A list of members who are eligible for the current shipment is presented. Each order is then sent to your payment gateway for authorization and a bulk order file is created for your fulfillment partner.
