The Ewinery Solutions Catalog Manager
eWinery Solutions provides a feature-rich catalog manager which allows you to manage your product catalog, including pricing, shipping rates, compliance data, and wine attributes. We pride ourselves on listening to our clients, and as a result can boast a package that was built specifically with the needs of the wine industry in mind.
Product Catalog: Easily manage your products, categories, and content from our admin panel. Category structure is easily changed and products can be arranged within a page in any order you like. Certain default fields such as wine brands, shipping states, appellations, and varietals are set in advance to minimize repetition in product entry. We also facilitate bulk upload of products via CSV or XML files.
Store Front for Accessories: Would you like to offer your winery’s logo gear or other accessories? These items are easily added as well, and since shipping constraints are at the wine level, these items are offered to all fifty states.
Inventory Control: You can monitor inventory and set controls to: email low inventory notifications to winery staff, turn off items when inventory reaches a certain level, display inventory levels on the website as motivation for the consumer.
Page Protection: Product category pages can be password protected to allow access only by certain customer types.
Search Functionality: We provide the flexibility necessary to accommodate your search needs, no matter what your catalog size. Smaller wineries may choose to arrange items via traditional categories, whereas our larger clients can make use of our search technology which permits for drill-down of search results based on different variables such as brand, varietal, region, etc.
Product Display: We offer four standard display layouts with the option of creating a custom display arrangement.
