
Richard is the founder and CEO of eWinery Solutions. A true entrepreneur at heart, Kline has provided the direction behind the company’s superior technology and is responsible for leading all aspects of eWinery’s business model. While at eWinery, he has helped many wine industry retailers realize significant sales growth through the adoption of eWinery’s platform. A wine industry veteran, he brings extensive experience to his position, spanning the fields of sales, marketing, and management advisory services among others. Richard attended the University of Idaho studying the odd combination of football, landscape architecture and business administration.
Scott Mangelson is eWinery Solutions Vice President of Sales and Marketing, responsible for marketing strategy, execution, and sales management. Prior to eWinery Solutions Scott was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at New Vine Logistics, one of the industry’s largest consumer direct fulfillment companies where he helped grow the company to over 200 winery clients. Prior to New Vine he held executive management positions at PeopleSoft, IBM and other venture backed CRM and enterprise software companies. At PeopleSoft he was the Director of World Wide Industry Strategy for the Wholesale Distribution and High Tech industries. At IBM Scott managed a supply chain group responsible for master production scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory allocations across eight production facilities worldwide. His supply chain expertise includes deployment of technology applications for logistics, customer relationship management, supply chain management, and manufacturing. Scott holds a bachelors degree in Microbiology and Chemistry and earned an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In his spare time, Scott is the founder and winemaker for Redmon Wines, a producer of premium Napa Valley wines. Scott lives in St. Helena with his wife and family and is an active member of Napa Valley Vintners.
A California native, Bodie Paden began his professional career in software development at the age of seventeen, building budget planning software for the Pentagon as an enlisted member of the US Air Force. Completing a four year tour and earning a B.S. in Computer and Information Science from the University of Maryland, he came back to California to begin working with Booz Allen Hamilton as a software development consultant. After seven years of consulting for the Department of Defense and NASA, he left for the far more interesting world of wine and joined eWinery Solutions as Senior Software Engineer. Bodie also volunteers as the CTO on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the North Bay, in addition to being a “Big Brother” himself.
